Is Facebook by far the best social nextwork ever?

Well, as I am sure that some of you may know that facebook have upd there game, they have added an chat function, which basically allows you to chat to your friends like Msn.
I of was, really excited to see this but, it kinda takes out the use of writing on people walls and leaving funny messages ( if your into stuff like that ).
I think ill give this facebook break thought (hardly) 5 out of 10

People creating the own user expirences

Every time you drink a cup of tea or coffee and tie the string around the handle, you are creating your own user experiences.
Every time you add content on to your facebook or my space you are creating content – user becomes a content creator.

I am pretty you guys have all heard of the AIR apps that can run of your desktop, Well how long will it be when a standard user will be able create Air apps.

My worry is that with the pace of the internet moving so fast, as web 3.0 is coming web developers will soon be out of a job yeas to come, as the internet will soon become a thing of the past and everyone will rely on Air apps,

Designs have nothing to worry about, you can always pay someone to create something that looks amazing but would you pay some one to create something that you can do , or if not will be able to do in the future,

I vote We all convert to designers 80% developer 70% i am under the impression that every one gives 150% in to there work

Actionscript conflict with Google analytics ???

Well I have been a fan of Google since they became know to the web world, and I have enjoyed many of there products e.g Google gadget’s Ad words etc …
But then I hit the mother load of excitement
Google Analytics.. Which as i am sure a lot of you know it gives you feedback on your website.
So as my new interested blossomed in actionscript I added 2 actionscript apps on my site, but from that day I have not received any more Google analytics from that day.

Its quite clear that there is a conflict with actionscript 3.0 but where the is a will there is a way

Ok well Today I got my first book on actionscript so what did I do as soon as I got it well I went and played Touch rugby, then i went straight to the library and study my heart off.
I got to page 23 of

Foundation ActionScript 3.0 with Flash CS3 and Flex which is a really good book I think for beginners of actionscript But if you want it form amazon for an amazing price of £16.84 thats what I got it for then order today because the is only 3 left ……(There you go amazon some free advertising for you )

My first Actionscript app

Well all I can say is that I am really happy with my first actionscript app, even thought is a very simple
count down timer I got this tutorial from
School of flash.
